Job Responsibilities: What you will do
Prepare data required to create multiple daily pay cycles in a high volume, multi-state, multi-entity environment. Research, review, input and approve transactional data required to ensure accurate and timely pay for employees and independent contractors. Create & analyze reporting required to meet standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations & employment laws including but not limited to FLSA (Fair Labor Standards Act), Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX). Provide excellence in customer service for internal customers, driving and non-driving employees and independent contractors.

Ensure compliance for multiple emplioyee types and varied independent contracts.
Provide excellence in customer service for internal customers, driving and non-driving employees and independent contractors by being the subject matter expert including owner settlement, non-driver personnel action transactions, Comdata cards, direct deposit and banking transactions. Act as a liaison between exteranal business units, employees & contractors.
May perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner which facilitates the success of business operations in order to meet company demands and expectations.

Qualifications: What you need to bring
Two years previous customer service relations, payroll experience, training expertise or related experience preferred. Transportation Industry or high volume payroll processing environment preferred.
High School Diploma or GED
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, & Power Point; proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay Range: $18-$23 hourly
